Phosphorus copper is a major category, including phosphorus bronze, tin bronze, and tin phosphorus bronze.

Tin phosphorus bronze contains 3% to 14% tin in bronze, and elements such as phosphorus, zinc, and lead are often added. It is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, has good mechanical and technological properties, and can be welded and brazed well without generating sparks during impact.

It is divided into processed tin bronze and cast tin bronze. The tin content of tin bronze used for pressure processing is less than 6% -7%, while the tin content of cast tin bronze is 10% -14%. Commonly used grades of tin phosphorus bronze include C51100, C51900, C52100, C54400, etc.
